Hilarie Burton is a well-known American actor and producer. Her prior job was a VJ for MTV's Total Request Live. The actress gained fame for her performance in the role of high school teenager Peyton Sawyer in One Tree Hill'. As well as her television work, she has also been recognized for her roles in The Very Own Normal Adolescent as well as The Secret Life of Bees. Her character is Dr. Lauren Boswell (in the massively popular medical drama Grey's Anatomy) and a frequent character on USA Network's White Collar. Recent roles include Molly Dawes, a character who plays a character in ABC The Drama Forever. The other roles she has played include an appearance in CBS' sci-fi series Extant. Her most well-known roles in The Summer Villa Surprised By Love Christmas on the Bayou as well as The True-Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend. Hilarie was praised in 2017 for playing Sara Ellis in the TV version of the Lethal Weapon movie franchise.
