Later she focused shifted towards fitness and health. To achieve her goals, she designed her 21 Day Fixed Diet. It is extremely well-known among fitness fans. Other famous routines of hers include 21 Day EXTREME, HIT Workout and 21 Day FAST. Her book FIXATE and her exercise routines are equally well-known.
