Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Collins (born in Mexico) is a Mexican American broadcaster. She currently works for ESPN as a reporter for SportsCenter and sometimes hosts SportsNation. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. The child of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta has been bilingual since age nine. Her skill was instrumental in helping her land her first post as a producer assistant at Univision Miami and Univision Miami, where she was a producer of shows like Nuestra Belleza Latina and Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud. Following this, her CBS affiliate located in St. Petersburg employed her as a sport reporter. Then she moved to Rio Grande Valley in 2009 to become a reporter at KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channels KNVO TV 48 Univision, as well as Fox2 News. Reporting on stories on the trafficking of drugs and immigration on both sides the Texas-Mexico Border, she worked as an anchor for KNVO TV 48, the Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 from 5 pm, an anchor for the news channel in English for 9 pm, then a news anchor for 10 pm, and then returned on KNVO TV 48, the Spanish channel. The girl was born on November 22nd, 1985 in Mexico City. There is an older sister. There is an older sibling. Within a brief time her father split from her mother and she later remarried in the year 1995 to a naval architect called Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away from kidney cancer in the year 2006. While on a trip with the family in Ohio, younger Collins was able to take a job alongside her elder sister. As a senior in high school and yet with a clear idea what she wanted to do in her future, Antonietta visited the University of Mount Union to examine if it was a good fit for her needs. It turned out that she was a fan of the campus, and the university had the program she desired. After high school, she graduated and began studying media at the college. She developed a long-lasting relationship with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the manager at WRMU 91.1 FM of which she was an affiliate. The passion he had for journalism as well as confidence in herself encouraged her. In turn, she was determined to achieve his expectations and never let him down.
